Unless stated otherwise below, you are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Not providing it has no consequences.
Hosting
This website is operated by Sliplane GmbH, c/o ECOSIA, Gerichtstraße 23, 13347 Berlin, Germany. The server is located in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. Processing takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Server log files
When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, requesting provider, status code, referring page, and browser and operating system. This data is used to deliver the pages and to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to analyse your behaviour.
Contact form
If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you provide there: topic, name, email address and, if provided, message, company and phone number. If you only provide a phone number, we take this as a request for a call back. We use these details to handle your enquiry and usually send you an automatic acknowledgement to the address provided. To prevent misuse, we briefly process your IP address; we do not store the content of the form on the web server, it is sent to us by email only.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or pre-contractual measures are concerned, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling enquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for handling your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Email via Google Workspace
For our emails, including messages from the contact form, we use Google Workspace from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified.
Audience measurement with Pirsch
We measure the use of this website with Pirsch Analytics from Emvi Software GmbH, Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany. Measurement takes place on the server: your browser does not load a script or connect to Pirsch, no cookies are set and no information is stored on your device. When a page is requested, our server transmits the page address without parameters, your IP address, the browser identifier, the language setting and the referring page without parameters to Pirsch. Pirsch uses this to create an anonymous identifier that changes daily and does not store the IP address. We count successful contact enquiries as an event with the selected topic and language, without name, email address or message.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising audience measurement pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Pirsch processes the data on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your details, such as name, email address, phone number and message text, only to the extent you provide them, in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or pre-contractual measures are concerned, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling enquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In that case you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for handling your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact datenschutz@concidea.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
